Body Stress Release (BSR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps the body release stored tension and restore its natural ability to heal and function.

When stress—whether physical, emotional, or chemical—builds up beyond what the body can handle, it locks into the muscles and nervous system. This stored stress can interfere with communication between the brain and body, often showing up as stiffness, discomfort, fatigue, or recurring pain.

BSR does not force or manipulate the body. Instead, it uses light, precise pressure to encourage the release of tension at key points.
