Shaun Coetzee is a passionate health educator and Body Stress Release practitioner. When he’s not working with clients, he explores nervous system regulation, sleep science, and the philosophy of growth and ethics. A lover of nature and Jiu-Jitsu, Shaun enjoys deep conversations that challenge perspectives and expand understanding..
My Story
My journey into Body Stress Release began with my own search for health and balance. In 2016, I made a lifestyle change that sparked a deep interest in wellness. I explored different modalities, always curious about the many factors that influence our health. One thing became clear to me: stress plays a central role in how we feel and function.
From my years as a musician, I carried constant back pain, poor posture, and eventually more serious challenges like migraines and vertigo. Stress from long hours of work, sitting, and emotional overload only added to the strain.
Body Stress Release had been part of my life since childhood, and each time I experienced it, I felt its power to unlock tension and bring relief. Over the years, it became clear that BSR was the missing piece I had been searching for in my own healing journey.
In 2024, I made the decision to train as a Body Stress Release practitioner—and it has been the best choice I’ve ever made. Today, I feel grateful to share this incredible method with others, helping them release stored stress and rediscover the ease and freedom their bodies are designed to have.
